Webshopsoftware

Our webshop has been developed using shopify. Personal data gathered with the use of our website and services is shared with Shopify. Shopify requires access to these details to offer (technical) support. They will not use this data for any other purposes. Shopify has an obligation, based on the agreement we have with them, to take necessary precautions and security measures when it comes to your personal data. Shopify uses cookies to gather technical information about the use of the software. No personal data is gathered and/or stored. Shopify maintains the right to internally share the gathered data to improve its own services.


Payment processors

Paypal

We utilize the payment provider Paypal to complete and handle (part of) our payments in our webshop. Paypal handles your name, address, and place of residence. They also handle payment information like your bank account or credit card number.
Paypal has put in place appropriate technological and organizational safeguards to secure your personal information. Paypal reserves the right to use your personal (anonymized) information to enhance their services and to share it with third parties in this context. All of the aforementioned guarantees regarding the safety of your personal data apply to any Paypal services that involve third parties. Multisafepay does not store your data any longer than the instalments permitted by the appropriate legal grounds.


Transport and logistics

UPS and PostNL

If you place a purchase with us, it is our obligation to ensure that your order is delivered to you successfully. We employ the services of UPS and PostNL for delivery.It is critical that we provide your name, address, and residential data with UPS and PostNL for a successful delivery. UPS and PostNL utilize this information only for the purpose of carrying out the delivery arrangement.In the event that UPS or PostNL hires subcontractors, they will share this information with us and we will notify you.

Accounting and Bookkeeping

We use the services of a private accountant to keep track of our administration and accounting. We share your  address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal data will be sent and stored protected. Our accountant is obliged to observe secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Our accountant does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
